OLD EMAIL ACCOUNTS WERE LOST:

I apologize but the email accounts on the old server could not be saved. The old server had hardware failure which prevented email accounts from being moved to the new server.

We are attempting to replicate some email accounts. If you are in need of information on the previous server, let me know ASAP.

Unfortunately the email server on the old server when down a couple days ago. When that happened all email was either bounce back to the sender or was not received. I'm sorry but it could not have been prevented.

Last month when we replaced the harddrive and re-installed the websites from backup files, everything went great for about four days.

Then glitches started to happen. Preliminary test suggested hardware failure, but extensive test could not indicate what the problem was: primary hardrive, secondary harddrive, memory, motherboard, etc.. Nobody could pinpoint the exact hardware that was failing.

We were going to replace the 4gb of memory on the old server when services started to fail (dns, ftp, sftp).

But all three of my technical support services agreed that the server may not reboot.

All three technical support services recommended I immediately setup a new server.

This is what we have been doing since last week. (I've been working between 12 to 18 hours each day since this started)

A couple days ago the email server failed (we could not restart it).

Then last night (Nov 10th) the website server failed (we could not restart it).

I apologize for any lost email. I know how frustrating it is. But we just could not retrive the mail accounts.

Hopefully I will be able make this up to you by providing a better more reliable service with better upgrades.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
